Thank you for reaching out to Metropolitan Mobile DNA.  Please complete the test request form below, and a  member of our team will reach out to you within the next 24 hours to discuss your request, answer any questions, and schedule your appointment.  Please keep in mind the following:

  • We only provide services in Loudoun (VA), Fairfax (VA), Prince William (VA),  Montgomery (MD), and Prince's George's (MD) counties at this time. 

  • Once your appointment is scheduled, 50% of the cost of all services above $200 will be collected.  

  • Your service balance  must be paid in full within 24 hours of schedule appointment. Our office will send a secure payment link to collect payment.  Our collectors will never request payment for services, and we do not accept cash or checks.
